For our team and our customers, 2025 was a year of evolution. We expanded our production capabilities, created a robust new leadership structure, and fostered connections with community partners.
Of course, our team is always more focused on looking ahead. In 2026, Niche has already laid the groundwork to capture growth opportunities and enhance service to our customers:
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT Niche will make an aggressive push to hire and develop talent during 2026, ultimately expanding our team by 15%. Internally, we will boost our in-house training, cross-training, and promotion initiatives. Externally, we will deepen ties with business groups, community organizations, and schools to create career opportunities in the markets we serve.
INVESTING IN QUALITY In 2026, we will upgrade our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, the software that integrates and manages all our core business processes. This will deliver substantial advantages that dovetail with Niche’s key goals. The new ERP will streamline processes and automation, improve our real-time data analytics, and enable us to integrate with emerging technologies.
STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT Niche has always known that investing in technology enables us to meet the evolving needs of our customers. In the coming year, upgrades will include laser labelling, an automated optical inspection machine at our Florida location, and new equipment that will boost the efficiency of our wire harness and cable assembly production in Massachusetts.
During the coming year, we will continue to share more details about Niche initiatives and events, like our upcoming Open House to showcase our newly refurbished Sarasota facility.
