As part of its continuing investment in the Sarasota community, the Florida campus of Niche Electronics recently hosted The State College of Florida to discuss how Niche could be a resource for the school’s workforce development and technical education programs.

New Structure Created to Manage Ongoing Growth, Quality Initiatives
Niche has just completed a restructuring of its leadership team, elevating a new vice president and creating four directors who will oversee mission-critical facets of the business.
The move aligns team members with deep experience into roles that will improve quality, enhance consistency, and maximize the company’s potential.

In our talks with OEMs with revenues under $50 million a year, one issue stands out. They struggle to find skilled workers to run machines, program equipment, solder, and assemble products. The demand for these roles outpaces the supply.
Partnering with a contract manufacturer like Niche can help address this challenge.

Last week Business Development Manager Tim Rodocker attended the IBEX 2025 marine industry conference and trade show in Tampa, Florida. He had the opportunity to introduce himself to the marketplace, learn about what’s developing in the industry, and spread the word about Niche Electronics.
